For guests looking to make sustainable choices, we need to make it easy for them to shop based on their interests. As of February 2025, all our apparel received EON’s Digital Product Passports, with a scannable QR code on their label that links to the product’s sustainability story.

Universal Thread and Everspring became our first brands “built for circularity” — designed to make the most of existing resources and, as a result, reducing waste — demonstrating how sustainability can drive cost efficiencies that benefit you and our business.

Thanks to our guest-favorite Car Seat Trade-in events, we recycled 15.5 million pounds of material in 2024 and gave it a second life as new products within our owned brand assortment.

More than three-quarters of the electricity for our operations came from renewable sources in 2024, surpassing our 2025 goal of 60%. And we continue to boost the efficiency of our stores and other facilities — and cut emissions — by tapping solutions like natural refrigerants and transitioning to energy-efficient LED lighting. We also achieved a 41.3% reduction in absolute emissions from our operations, compared to 2017, helping us cut costs and stay in step with regulatory and market conditions.

In 2024, we lowered our scope 3 emissions — those generated from our entire supply chain, including the products and services we sell — by 5.6% from our 2017 baseline. How we did it: by partnering with our suppliers and vendors to streamline their operations and focusing on more efficient transportation and energy solutions.

We cut operational food waste by 55% from our 2017 baseline across our nearly 2,000 stores, 60 supply chain facilities and headquarters through efforts like better forecasting as well as more food donations and composting.

Through our Dream to Be benefit, tens of thousands of team members have enrolled in tuition-free education programs at more than 40 colleges and universities since 2021, supporting their long-term career growth.

���������ƽ�� and ���������ƽ�� Foundation invested $406 million in grants in 2024 — funding that has supported efforts like affordable housing through PRG Inc., a Twin Cities community-based developer, and small business growth through DreamSpring, a nonprofit lender expanding access to capital.

���������ƽ�� team members volunteered more than 1 million hours in 2024 — the ninth time in company history.
